  • Project Name: Extension of the Human Rights protection for the of Marginalised people including Dalits
  • Donor: Taiwan Foundation for Democracy , Campaign for Popular Education (CAMPE), Manab Unnayan Kendra (MUK).
  • Program Period : January 2025 – November 2024
  • Working Area: Amjhupi and Baradi Union Area (Amjhupi Daspara, Shiekhpara Halderpara and Baradi Daspara, Mominpur Kumorpara , Rajnogor Rishipara)
  • Target Beneficiary : Marginalized People specially from Lower Cast Hindu Community and Others Oppress People.
  • Project Objective :

1) Dalit children have greater access at educational institutions;

2) Dalit Communities are accepted by community at large;

3) Dalit women are empowered at local government intuitions;

  • Achievement :

The project’s possible achievements include ensuring that Dalit children gain improved access to quality education in mainstream institutions, reducing discrimination and dropout rates while enhancing their learning outcomes. Dalit communities will experience greater social acceptance and inclusion, leading to stronger community participation and reduced stigma. At the same time, Dalit women will be empowered to take active roles in local government institutions, increasing their voice in decision-making processes and promoting gender equality. Together, these achievements will contribute to breaking cycles of exclusion, fostering dignity, and creating pathways for long-term social justice, equity, and sustainable community development.
